[Packaging][python-cffi] Versioned provides leads to warnings in apt (Ubuntu Trusy)

python-cffi build scripts generate versioned provides in d/control file.
Default version of apt which is used in Ubuntu Trusty is 1.0.1ubuntu2.10 [1]
Support of versioned provides was added by David Kalnischkies in apt 1.0.7 [2][3]

Ubuntu Trusty apt version leads to such errors if versioned provides is being used:
W: Ignoring Provides line with DepCompareOp for package python-cffi-backend-api-max
W: Ignoring Provides line with DepCompareOp for package python-cffi-backend-api-min
W: Ignoring Provides line with DepCompareOp for package python3-cffi-backend-api-max
W: Ignoring Provides line with DepCompareOp for package python3-cffi-backend-api-min

So leave generation of "Provides" field for now.
