Bug Description

As oslo.versioedobjects 0.13.0 has bug. so we pined to 0.12.0. after check with dims, new release may soon be ready. so filre bug to mark that, when newer release day , we will adopt new version

    Remove temp fix for new oslo.versionedobjects

    As new oslo.versionedobjects 1.0.0 release, we not need
    this work-around now. So remove it.
