Bug Description

Per Jamie's comment on https://review.openstack.org/#/c/186140/, we need a way for OSC to initialize an SDK Connection while reusing the keystoneauth Session it had already created. We should probably just have Connection(..., session=None, ...) and either take the existing one or create a new one.
