Horizon link is https://public.fuel.local/ and it does not work

1. Create any environment and deploy it
2. Deployment should be successful
3. Click on "Go to Horizon" button on "Dashboard" tab
4. Link moves user to https://public.fuel.local/ and browser presents "Server not found"
