devel-proposed - Several settings are not preserved in system-settings

In system-settings, go to Sound settings, change the ringtone or vibration settings, go back, then re-open the sound panel, the settings are reverted.

Several settings are affected and fail to be set with this warning in system-settings' log file:

Could not set AccountsService property "XXX" on interface "com.ubuntu.touch.AccountsService.XXX" for object "/org/freedesktop/Accounts/User32011" to QVariant(QString, "some value here") : "Authentication is required"

Apparently all the settings that failed to be set fail for the same reason:
