Bug Description
According to kernel.org, bond has parameter "Primary slave". IMHO we should have this parameter in bond configuration. In my case on some nodes eth1 is miss-configured on a switch and I can not deploy the env as far as sometimes eth1 became a master in a bond during runtime configuration. So I want to push eth0 to be picked up as active slave on a creation stage.
