Bug Description

contrail-topology service should report process_status in NodeStatusUVE. contrail-status script derives the operational status of a service from the process_info and process_status in NodeStatusUVE. Also, contrail-topology needs to be added to the NodeUVEImplementedServices list in vns.sandesh

contrail-topology starts to report process_status

contrail-topology service was not reporting process status using
NodeStatusUVE. Withi this change, it will start reporting the same. Even
contrail-snmp-collector was not reporting zookeeper connection status properly
which is fixed now
