Fuel-devops: mistypes at english verbs and minor pep-8 violation

Static analysis using PyCharm showed a lot of mistypes and minor PEP-8 violations and a couple of it could be fixed without any affect on API.

    1. Fix mistypes, except interfaces
    2. Fix old style classes (now inherit from object)
    3. Fix single quoted docstrings
    4. Redundant parenthesis
    5. shadow builtins in locals (aka str or type as variable names)
