unity8 translations reverted to june version in most recent langpack update

The unity8 translation domain was changed on launchpad to unity89280 (unsure who/when/why, there are no logs of such changes), the result is that the most recent langpack update for ota8 rolled back to an export from 2015-06-15, creating issues on some locales

Maybe other packages are affected too? For instance: indicator-datetime.

@Robin, can you provide an example of string in indicator datetime that was translated and is not anymore?
