In the Nova v2.1 api reference, os-attach-interfaces is shown, but the API actually used is os-interface

    Change os-attach-interfaces to os-interface in Nova v2.1 API ref.

    The current working API for interface attachment is
    os-interface intead of os-attch-interfaces in Nova
    V2.1 API.
