Bug Description
Only when logging stream details does this happen. It happens when an empty file is attempted to be logged.
We see this happen during the Ubuntu UI Toolkit autopilot test runs.
This happens in the depths of testtools, it appears to be resolved in a more recent version, as per these 2 lines:
