Here is the error:

Why isn't this file there? Did you run out of disk space?

This bug is 10 months old and the system affected now has a clean install of Hardy on it. It could have been bug #131020 or bug #126774 or a problem with the mirror.

I didn't hesitate to submit the bug report originally but a report that doesn't get a review in ten months is obviously not valued.
