Bug Description
In the recently added tag-image functionality, when explicitly tagging existing images in a channel we are generating both full and delta images. Currently this is done invalidly as we try to handle all deltabase images, while the delta generation code only considers the version tarball. For cross-channel deltas, we would also need to generate other tarball deltas to support this properly - so doing almost the same thing as the copy-image script does.
We could, of course, also just stop caring about deltabase for tag-image and just generate deltas from the selected channel - but that would not be a clean solution.
