Default DHCP gateway points to fuel masternode

How it works now:

In fuelmenu for "PXE setup" menu item DHCP gateway field is set to fuel masternode IP address instead of network gateway IP address, configured on "Network Setup" menu item. As result nodes won't get access outside PXE network, cause masternode doesn't provide routing.

How it should work:

IP address for "DHCP gateway" field in "PXE setup" menu item should set the same as "network gateway" IP address, configured on "Network Setup" menu item

    Point DHCP gateway to default gateway

    not to non-routable Fuel master node.
