Bug Description

Hi there,

I have a Blue Yeti USB microphone, which has worked without any configuration, just plug and play in every version of Ubuntu since I bought it.

I recently just did a fresh install of 15.10, and am getting strange behaviour.

Specifically, it works fine in ALSA, and I can even record in Audacity using it. It shows fine in Alsamixer. In Pavucontrol it shows under Configuration, but in any sound mixer relying on Pulse (Unity sound menu, Kmix, Pavucontrol etc) it doesn't show either as an input or output device as it always has before. It's not that it's muted. It just doesn't show as a device at all (other than in ALSA and Pavucontrol > Configure).

There are no relevant errors in dmesg, in fact here's what it shows when I unplug and replug it in:
[40541.169075] usb 6-3: USB disconnect, device number 36
[40543.697269] usb 6-3: new full-speed USB device number 37 using ohci-pci
[40543.873268] usb 6-3: New USB device found, idVendor=b58e, idProduct=9e84
[40543.873276] usb 6-3: New USB device strings: Mfr=1, Product=2, SerialNumber=0
[40543.873281] usb 6-3: Product: Yeti Stereo Microphone
[40543.873285] usb 6-3: Manufacturer: Blue Microphones

Not sure how to hunt this bug down further without some kind of error message. Is there any further info I can supply?
