Bug Description
On systems without bluetooth there's a long pause before print
Manager.vala:52: Error calling StartServiceByName for org.bluez: Timeout was reached

Maybe connect to the dbus interface asynchronous and only show the indicator when accessing the interface succeeded. 'get_adapters ()' and 'get_devices ()' should be called on the first opening of the popover.
