Bug Description
While going through the documentation juju supports an `open-port` command with a range.
usage: open-port [options] <port>[/<protocol>] or <from>-
purpose: register a port or range to open
example: open-port 8001-8003/tcp

A fix for this has now landed, when can we expect it to makes it way into the released package?
