Please sync xiphos 4.0.4+dfsg1-1 (universe) from Debian unstable (main)
Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
Ubuntu's delta was mainly a new upstream release to fix major bugs in GTK-3, then the gcc5 transition.
Everything is included in the version from Debian.
