The broken dependency in MOS8.0 repository

The Package python-urllib3 from MOS [1] recommends package python-ndg-httpsclient, that cannot be found neither MOS neither Ubuntu repositories.

The recommended packages is installed by default[2] and apt-get shows warning that package cannot be found.
