No message returned by completed provisioning task

Bug Description

When provisioning of environment nodes finished successfully, corresponding provisioning task comes with 'ready' status and Null message from Naigun.

An appropriate message is required for completed task
(smth like '4 environment "Demo" nodes were successfully provisioned.').
Now, there is nothing to show the user after completed provisioning on UI.

The failed task should also return non-empty message.
('Provisioning of 1 environment "Demo" node was failed.' or 'Provisioning of 1 environment "Demo" node was failed. 5 environment "Demo" nodes were provisioned successfully.' in case of partial fail)

I don't think these tickets are duplicates. But the message appears on UI after completed provisioning task on the latest master.
