Nimble driver failed to delete an offline volume

Bug Description
If a volume is already offline in backend, Nimble Cinder driver would fail to delete the volume:
2015-11-12 16:14:04.331 8475 INFO cinder.
2015-11-12 16:14:04.332 8475 INFO cinder.
2015-11-12 16:14:04.367 8475 ERROR cinder.
may need to ignore the SM-ealready error in this case.
