Bug Description

The orchestration chapter has as a "To do" under the "Working with Stacks: Advanced" section that reads "needs a heat template that uses fractal app"

The article url is http://developer.openstack.org/firstapp-libcloud/orchestration.html#working-with-stacks-advanced

I happen to have two such templates, one that just scales the workers, the other that scales both the workers and puts a load balancer in front of an autoscaling api group. Both of these work on the NeCTAR cloud. I'm happy to add them to the book.

Though I hear there might be a dedicated heat guide in the future, if you've got the templates ready, I think they sound exactly like what we were originally thinking of for this section.
