Bug Description

rc-proposed on krillin build 175

The header is too big after you first view the Recents page, it does not properly resize to it's initial height.

Steps to reproduce:
1) Launch dialer
2) Verify header does not contain extra white space lines
3) pull up recents page from bottom edge
4) make a phone call or go back to main view

Expected results:
header should resize to initial size without extra white space

Actual results:
header stays same size as it was in Recents page with extra white space (see attachments)

---------------
dialer-app (0.1+16.04.20151112.1-0ubuntu1) xenial; urgency=medium

  * Make sure we have enough space for the DTMF buttons and also keep
the header text untouched. (LP: #1515675)
  * Set the header section models to [] instead of undefined. (LP:
    #1515734)
