1TB Hard Drive

8gb ram

Nvidia Geforce Card

Intel 4000HD

The Bluetooth adapter doesnt find my phone if my laptop and my phone have both bluetooth enablenot

what happened instead ? Nothing because it does not work

I cannot reproduce with Plasma 5.4.3 KF5 5.15.0 it finds my Galaxy Edge Note and connects just fine. Phone model? Have you tried backports PPA?
