Kubuntu 15.10,64Bit,Bluetooth,doesnt connect to my android phone,it cant find my phone

The Bluetooth adapter doesnt find my phone if my laptop and my phone have both bluetooth enablenot

what happened instead ? Nothing because it does not work

I cannot reproduce with Plasma 5.4.3 KF5 5.15.0 it finds my Galaxy Edge Note and connects just fine. Phone model? Have you tried backports PPA?
