Bug Description
DeferredRunTest has some nasty warnings in it that are mostly there for historical purposes. People have actually been using it for 5 years now and most reports have been positive.
We should:
* remove the 'experimental' warnings—the experiment was a success!
* ensure testtools.
* update the prose documentation about the feature
Alternatively, we should seize the moment to split it out into a separate package.
