Cron-trigger executed only once when specifying pattern and first time

mistral cron-trigger-create cron1 simple_wf --pattern '*/1 * * * *' --first-time '2015-11-12 13:28'

Cron-trigger is executed only once and deleted, after running the above command.

    Fix cron-trigger's execution with pattern and first time

    When creating cron-trigger with the following command:
    mistral cron-trigger-create cron1 simple_wf --pattern '*/1 * * * *'
    --first-time '2015-11-12 13:28'

    The cron-trigger should be executed for every 1 minute over and over
    again.
