Bug Description
The problem is that when someone is trying to remove flavor it fails with next error:

It seems that openstack client is trying to call zaqarclient.
pip freeze | grep openstackclient

please comment on the patch and bug indicating that it's impacting you as well, it'll only be resolved once a new zaqarclient is released
