Better file naming for certificates

Bug Description

From looking at the other certificates in the system it may be better to rename the certificate files.

root.crt -> CAcert-root.crt
class3.crt -> CAcert-class3.crt

This will be more consistent with https://wiki.cacert.org/FAQ/ImportRootCert#Debian

I will be adding an entry on that wiki for Ubuntu as well

This is the wrong package to use. Use ca-certificates instead.
