[vcenter] Fuel 8.0 with vCenter for hypervisor and nova-network for networking could'nt be deployed

Step to reproduce:
1. Create new env.
2. Set the vCenter checkbox for Compute.
3. Set the (DEPRECATED) Legacy Networking (nova-network) for Networking setup.
4. Leave default each other things.
5. Add 1 node for controller.
6. Configure vCenter properties on the vCenter tab.
7. Start the process of deployment.

As a result the deployment fails with error:

'NovaNetworkConfig' object has no attribute 'segmentation_type'
