Bug Description
QA reported that the HWE test plan needs to be updated.
The "keys/video-out" test case is suggested to be added, as it's a blocker and it's an essential feature to the graphic test.
(This test plan will be used when supporting HWE team for some kernel testing, the most recent one is the i915 test)
