Bug Description
it is possible to make the executable only readable for admins or exclude a user from the group.
linux has groups for this. when an application is set to group admin and world access on R+W+X is 0 it won't show in slingshot for users who aren't in the admin group

In order to do this Slingshot would need to support it, by retrieving the data from already created by the plug config file for each user that is restricted: /.config/ app-lock. conf.
