Bug Description
when restricting terminal for example.
on the child account it still shows the application for 3 seconds and then closes it.
it is not long enough to actual do something.
perhaps implement a thing in slingshot and plank to do a pre-check instead of monitoring all process in a daemon.
and killing the application

Fixed by having kernel sending messages about new processes, you filled already a bug report about Slingshot hiding apps that are restricted, so I am going to mark this as Fix commited.
