Bug Description

Imagemagick is changing the dimensions of some images when flattening. See attached script for example, it makes the output images bigger than it should be in this case.

This is still happening, on 14.04. Any suggestions, or any way I could make this bug report have more valuable debug info? Should I report the bug to http://www.imagemagick.org/script/contact.php instead?
