Fire Paint color doesn't change

Bug Description

- Xubuntu 15.10
- All Compiz packages installed
Using emerald as the decorator, but it doesn't matter regardless

Fire paint works, but the fire always looks white/very pale blue.
The particles sometimes have a hint of the correct color.

Changing the color settings can change the color, but with the exception of black and white, it's almost never correct.

Values that seem to work for colors are 0 and 255.
For example,
#FF0000 is red
#FF00FF is magenta
#FF0001 is identical to #FF00FF

Basically FF and 00 work for colors. Anything other than FF or 00 is treated as FF
