Add "late" artifacts to centos mirror

Bug Description

Since we are migrating to build ISO without building fuel packages we need to have late packages:

 - fuel-bootstrap-image
 - fuel-docker-images

in our centos repo [1]

The above packages also required by fuel metapackage [2]

While we are testing jobs for building such packages as separate flow I propose to "inject" them into centos mirror manually
