Lightdm login screen flashes black

Expected behaviour: At boot login screen appears and user can input password to reach desktop.

What happened instead: Boot login screen, approximately 1 second after appearing, flashes to black and then returns. Input appears to be interrupted often resulting in having to re-input user password.

Im an idiot, its 15.10 not 15.04. The problem does not appear to affect previous versions of xubuntu on any of my hardware configurations.

I can confirm this bug. Occurs on two independet machines.

Clean install of 15.10. Also happens after locking computer, waiting for the screen to turn black and then trying to enter the password.

I can confirm the same bug on my 15.10 (Xubuntu), slightly annoying. Happens on login and locking.
