Bug Description
Placing two keepout areas next to each other so their borders are incident creates a DRC conflict.
Use case: different settings (e.g. one excludes everything, one just excludes copper pours)

The phenomenon is confirmed (even with 7005 nightly), but I don't know if this is a bug, or overlapping keepouts is forbidden, so DRC report is right.
