Zoran video driver not configured in kernel

Bug Description

Linux kernal has a driver for Zoran chipset based video capture and editing
cards such as Pinnance DC10+.
However in ubuntu the config file has this disabled - a mistake in the debian
kernal may have caused this see
http://lists.debian.org/debian-kernel/2004/10/msg00306.html.

Please amend the Kernal config file to load the driver. i.e. remove comment from ...
