Bug Description
When I try to save to EMF format a svg created in Inkscape, it doesn't keep the formatting and text when reopening (reimporting) in Inkscape.

Most of it looks OK when I do it on a recent trunk, see attached.
The loss of color in the upper right rectangle and associated text is because the original SVG uses opacity there. EMF doesn't support that property. There are also two copies of the rectangle and two of the text, which further muddies the water.
Try replacing that rectangle/text with a single rectangle in a solid color, and drag over it the desired text, again in a solid (opacity = 1) color.
