Bug Description
I just noticed that head.sections are aligned to the left when using Ubuntu.Components 1.3. In my opinion it looks unbalanced and "wrong". In the previous version of the framework(1.2) they were centered.

The behaviour and visual design is intended and went through various review cycles. There won't be any change to that component in near future.
