Please backport hedgewars 0.9.22-dfsg-2 (universe) from xenial to precise, trusty, vivid, wily.

Reason for the backport:

Usual backport, to bring the network online play back to older ubuntu releases.
(I'm planning maybe to SRU it next time, let me know if I can convert it)
