Bug Description

I saw this news (http://www.phoronix.com/scan.php?page=news_item&px=Debian-Non-Root-X) which say Debian finally can run with X.org without setuid binaries enabled. Is possible to do the same with Ubuntu for the next release?

I saw a X rootless was being developed since 2010. There is any news about this? I'm running Zesty and still executes as root.
