Bug Description
Deleted the VIP and recreated the same without deleting the pool and without any interval between delete and create and
observed that the SI VMIs are not available.
Discussed the same with Rudra and the issue could be due to the race condition where in the delete VMI could have been invoked after create/get VMI.
