deployment count on images tab is double for 14.04

That is the data on the images tab. Note that it shows 15.10 has 1 deployment and 14.04 has 2 deployments.

At the time I copied that, I had one node deployed with 14.04 and 1 that was attempting to deploy 15.10.

After the 15.10 node failed, I released it and then performed a 14.04 deployment just to verify that both nodes successfully deploy with 14.04.

Once THAT deployment was launched, I noticed the data now showed this:

I only have two nodes, both of which have deployed 14.04. For some reason, it's counting each of those twice.
