[Enhancement] Add extra to allowed markdown extensions

Please add markdown.extensions.extra to the list of markdown extensions that can be enabled during text file conversions. The markdown extra format is becoming widely implemented, and enabling this extension will allow many more interesting documents to be correctly processed with calibre.

extra is just a way of including multiple individual extensions. I think
all those included extensions are already present in calibre, except for
admonition and attr_list. You saying you need those two specifically?

I suppose I can enable those for the next release, since they are part of
the standard markdown lib in any case, alongwith the "extra" shortcut.

Fixed in branch master. The fix will be in the next release. calibre is usually released every Friday.
