Bug Description

Hello,

Please see attachment. I've unplug charged at ~22, but according to screenshot, it's seems to be unplugged at ~5. I think it's because battery probably dropped 1% (from 100% to 99%) at ~5 o clock.
In my opinion, counter 'last full charge' should start immediately right after we unplug charged (not as it seems for now as percent will drop).
What do you think?

It's MX4 with latest OTA (Ubuntu 15.04 - armhf (20151015-214614).
