Bug Description
Using Mixxx 1.12 beta r5595 64 bits on windows 10 64 bits :
If you unload a track (i.e. use the eject button of the deck) with the deck vu-meter not at zero, it freezes and stay where it was.
steps to reproduce :
1) load a track in deck A
2) play it
3) in the middle of the playback, hit stop and then eject immediatly after in a very short time.
actual result : deck vu-meter stay frozen where it was at track unload
expected result : vu-meter gets down to zero as there is no track playing anymore
