Bug Description

Binary package hint: gpodder

gPodder 0.10.0 is available since September 21st [1]. This version fixes quite some bugs, most of them due to the fact that dependencies have been changed to other libraries.
It is available upstream in Debian sid and lenny already [2].

Hopefully it can be updated after Gutsy is released. Thanks, MOTU!

Gpodder 0.9.4 is broken beyond usable for me.

Open the Preferences-Dialog, select the Download Tab and press the "Close"-Button. This will cause it to use 100% CPU leaving gpodder and the Dialog open until you kill it hard.

For anyone still having trouble with gPodder on Gutsy: please try the latest version. This one is now available as an Ubuntu .deb from getdeb.net: http://www.getdeb.net/app.php?name=gPodder

Actually, Hardy still has 0.10.0 according to http://packages.ubuntu.com/cgi-bin/search_packages.pl?searchon=names&version=all&exact=1&keywords=gpodder
But I just wanted to point out to Gutsy users that an up-to-date package is available from a trustworthy source (at least, that's what I consider getdeb to be).
