Steps to reproduce
1. Deploy MOS 7.0 Master node
2. Create environment with Ceph as backend
3. Add 1 controller and 2 osd nodes
4. Add network
fuel --env=20 network-group --create --node-group 20 --name "cluster" --release 2 --cidr "10.50.107.0/24"
5. Create network template (See attached file)
6. upload network template
fuel --env=20 network-template --upload --dir ./
7. Hit "Deploy changes" button
8. Execute OSTF after deployment has finished (should be successful)
9. Reset environment (Hit "Reset Environment" button)
10. Hit "Deploy changes" button after env. has been reset
11. Execute OSTF after deployment has finished

- All tests passed
