phonon-backend-vlc should not depend on transitional dummy package "vlc-plugin-pulse"

Bug Description

phonon-backend-vlc depends on "vlc-plugin-pulse", but that is a transitional dummy package and the functionality it provides is now in the main "vlc" package. Therefore, depending on "vlc" only is adequate.
